Cauliflower & Broccoli Pasta
Here’s a quick recipe. This time I’m moving in a comfort zone for any Italian… Pasta. Remember that “quick” doesn’t mean bad nor tasteless, just pick up the right seasonal ingredients and add your personal touch!
– Half Cauliflower
– 5 broccoli
– Chilly pepper
– Pasta of your choice.
Steam your broccoli and cauliflower for few minutes. Put them in a pan with Evo garlic and chilly pepper and stir-fry them for 3 – 4 minutes. Take a couple of pieces of cauliflower and 2 broccoli and mix with everything an immersion blender to create a cream.
Cook your pasta, draining it 2 minutes before cooking time.
Put everything un the pan to complete the cooking so that you can cook your pasta until creamy with the cream you just did.
